return the dog to Studio Affenpinschers if ever I
decide to relinquish ownership of the animal. I specifically agree and
affirm that I will not transfer ownership, or permanent possession to
another person, nor surrender the dog to an Animal Shelter, County
pound facility, or any similar individual or organization.Affenpinschers has the right to reclaim said dog. There will be no
refund to the adoptive party. Should this dog ever be reported to an
Animal shelter for being a nuisance, off leash, or at large, Studio
Affenpinschers has the right to repossess this dog.
